All products are described as accurately as possible. However, colours and minor packaging details may vary slightly from website images due to monitor settings and manufacturer variations.

3.2 Product Availability & Market Nature

TCG products are often produced in limited runs. All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors (which we will do promptly upon discovery). Listings for pre-order or new releases (e.g., B28 – Prismatic Clash) are based on estimated release dates from distributors; these dates are subject to change.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. A contract between you and The Card Vault Store is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, including for suspected fraud, unauthorised reselling, or pricing errors.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

You authorise us to charge the total amount (product price + shipping) to your selected payment method at the time of order placement. Your card may be authorised temporarily for the order value before dispatch.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): £12.95, estimated delivery 10-15 business days post-dispatch.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available on orders over £50, estimated delivery 15-25 business days post-dispatch.
• Delivery Areas: We ship worldwide but cannot guarantee delivery to all remote regions or parts of Asia. Please contact us if unsure.
• Import Duties & Taxes: You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our commitment to your satisfaction is outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Key conditions:

• Timeframe: Requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery receipt.
• Condition: Items must be in original, unopened, and saleable condition with all seals intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Opened sealed TCG products (boosters, boxes, tins), digital items with revealed codes, and clearance/final sale items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
• Process: You must contact us at [email protected] to obtain an RMA number before returning any item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and website design, is the property of The Card Vault Store or our licensors (including but not limited to Wizards of the Coast, The Pokémon Company, Konami, Bandai, etc.) and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission or the permission of the respective intellectual property owner. The Card Vault Store is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the aforementioned companies.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Card Vault Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or anticipated value of collectibles.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall be limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We are not responsible for the fluctuating secondary market value of collectibles after purchase.
