Where do you ship from and to?
We operate from our physical Vault located at 16 Telford St, Inverness, GB IV7F 2CV. We are proud to ship globally to our diverse community. Please note, due to carrier restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to certain remote regions and parts of Asia. The final list of served countries will be confirmed at checkout.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two primary services to suit your needs:
- Standard Tracked Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch. This service includes full tracking and insurance and is ideal for those seeking a balance of speed and reliability.
- Free Economy Shipping: Available on all orders over £50. Shipped via EMS with tracking. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch, perfect for larger orders where value is a priority.
All orders are processed and meticulously packed within
1-2 business days before dispatch.
Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
For all orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, as determined by the authorities in your destination country. We declare all packages accurately according to international shipping regulations.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is provided for every order, regardless of the shipping method chosen. You will receive this number via email once your order leaves our Vault. You can use it to follow your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).

Are the prices on the website final?
All product prices listed are in British Pounds (£) and are final for the purchase. As mentioned above, customers outside the UK are responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes levied by their home country, which are not included in our checkout price.

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our cornerstone. Our return policy is straightforward and collector-friendly:
- Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and resalable condition (e.g., sealed products must remain sealed).
- Process: Contact our support team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Please do not send returns without an RMA.
- Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at
