- Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and resalable condition.
- Process: Contact our support team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
